Cancellations -

All That Lights may request than an order be canceled on your behalf.  However, if the order is already in production, our manufacturers will NOT cancel the order.

Returns -

Our manufacturers reserve the right to NOT accept returns.  However, All That Lights will try our best to initiate a return.  We cannot guarantee that it will be allowed.  If a manufacturer will allow a return, then the customer must abide by the following instructions:

a) A 25%-35% restocking fee.

b) Customer pays for return shipping back to manufacturer.  All That Lights will provide you with the necessary shipping information. The cost of shipping to the customer was included in the price of the product and will be deducted from your refund.
